That keeps the mirror head extremely thin and light, with a clean, frameless look.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe convex mirror surface is fly-cut with diamond tooling on ultra-precision machines in Berlin, then plasma-coated under vacuum so it resists oxidation, corrosion and abrasion.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe mirror head, arm and bar-end clamp are CNC-machined from solid aluminium and anodised. All screws are stainless steel. The precision ball joint makes adjustment easy and holds the mirror firmly in position.
