Bed it in a high-strength epoxy and let it cure fully. Fit the sensor to a fixed point (caliper bracket, fork leg or swingarm) using a suitable bracket, so the sensor tip passes directly over the magnet face as the wheel turns.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eSet the gap.\u003c\/strong\u003e Use the threaded body and lock nuts to set the gap between sensor tip and magnet face to a maximum of 10mm. Allow for wheel play: the magnet must never touch the sensor. Tighten the lock nuts firmly (Max. torque: 2Nm).
