All items are kept in stock with the exception of special order items. Any item on our webstore which has a shipping time specified in the description is considered to be a special order item.
You will receive an email from us notifying you your order has shipped.
All our products come with a 12 month warranty. Should your item be faulty, we will replace it for you at our expense. Naturally wear and tear or misuse does not constitute a manufacturing fault.

Orders are processed at 7AM Monday to Friday and ship later that day with the exception of orders which include special order items. These orders will ship within the timeframe specified in the item description. We use either Australia Post eParcel or Fastways for domestic shipping.
Australian deliveries have the choice of regular or express post. Regular post generally arrives next day for Adelaide metro, and 2-5 days for the rest of Australia. Express post arrives next day to post codes within the Australia Post Express Post network, 2-5 days rest of Australia. Both options include online track and trace capability. Regular post starts from as low as $8.60 and express post, $12. Please note that eParcel Express Post is not covered by the Express Post Guarantee.
We use Australia Post - Express Courier International for all international shipments. This is the fastest and safest method for international shipments, however it comes at a cost. Please note we only charge you what it costs us to ship your goods.

If your country is not listed, please place your order at MMCC USA or MMCC Europe.
Free shipping on all tyres to VIC, SA, ACT, NSW, QLD and Perth. For other regions, please contact us prior to ordering. Unfortunately we can not ship tyres outside of Australia. All our tyres must be shipped separately, i.e. we cannot combine them with other items you may have purchased at the same time.
All electrical items are excluded from return.
If you have purchased an item from us and have decided you no longer need it, in most cases you can return it in exchange for store credit. The item must be in a condition suitable for resale. This means it must not be scratched, marked, dented, bent or damaged in any way. The item must be returned with any supporting documentation it was supplied with and proof of purchase within 30 days. Please note that there is a $6 restocking fee ($25 restocking fee per item for all Draggin Jeans products, seats and tyres). You must contact us prior to returning goods for approval. Returns received without a returns approval will incur a $25 restocking fee.
Generally we will not accept returns of special order items. These are items that are not held in stock. Any item on our webstore which has a shipping time specified in the description is considered to be a special order item.
