Location

Our warehouse is located in Adelaide, Australia. We are an online-only retailer.

Prices

We strive to offer top quality at the best price. If you find one of our items cheaper elsewhere, let us know and we'll do our best to beat it.

Stock

All items are kept in stock with the exception of pre-order items. Any item on our webstore which has a dispatch time stated at the start of the description is a pre-order item.

Order Status

You will receive an email from us notifying you when your order has shipped with tracking number and name of the courier company it was dispatched with.

Warranty

All our products come with a 12 month warranty. Should your item be faulty, we will replace it for you at our expense. ANY ELECTRICAL ITEM NOT INSTALLED BY A QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN MAY VOID THIS WARRANTY. Wear and tear or misuse does not constitute a manufacturing fault. 

Shipping

SAME-DAY SHIPPING ON ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 1:30PM.

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL AUSTRALIAN ORDERS OVER $200!!! Excludes tyres and delivery to Northern Territory.

Orders are processed between 8AM & 2:30PM local time, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and ship later that day with the exception of orders which include pre-order items (these orders will ship within the timeframe specified in the item description). 

Australian deliveries have the choice of a regular or an express shipping.

Regular Shipping

The majority of orders ship with Australia Post, with some going with Aramex or Couriers Please. This service generally arrives next day for Adelaide metro, and 2-6 business days for the rest of Australia (remote locations can be up to 8 business days).

Express Shipping (orders up to 5kg)

We use StarTrack Premium and Australia Post Express Post, which arrives next day to post codes within the Australia Post Express Post/StarTrack Premium network, or 2-5 days for the rest of Australia. Both options include online track and trace capability. 

Express Shipping (orders over 5kg)

We use StarTrack Express Road which arrives next day to most of South Australia and Melbourne, 2 days to Sydney, 3 days to Brisbane and Perth, 3 to 4 days to most other major centres, and up to 9 days for the rest of the mainland (up to 15 days to remote Tasmania)

International orders ship with Australia Post - International Post Standard. Depending on your order you may also have the option of FedEx. This service has transit times of around 2 to 3 days to NZ and Asia, and 5 to 7 days to the rest of the world.

Tyres ship within Australia only, and go with Direct Freight Express.
