Please choose carefully! We process orders quickly and aren’t always able to catch an order prior to shipping so as to make any changes. In the event we were unable to catch it, you will need to wait until you receive it then ship it back to us at your expense. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you choose to cancel your order prior to shipment or return it to us, a 1.7% cancellation fee applies on Australian payments and a 2.9% fee on non-Australian payments. An additional 1% fee applies if paid via PayPal. This covers the fee that we are unable to recover from the payment processor. Instead of a refund, you may choose store credit which can be used on future purchases within 3 years. In this instance the cancellation fee will be waived.

All our products come with a 12 month warranty. Should your item have a manufacturing fault, we will replace it for you at our expense. Wear and tear or misuse does not constitute a manufacturing fault.

We recommend our parts be fitted by a qualified technician. Fitting of parts by an unqualified person can result in the premature failure of the part. Any electrical item not installed by a qualified technician may void this warranty in relation to any electrical faults.

Be sure to provide us with a complete delivery address and that you are able to receive the delivery or collect from your post office or collection centre if carded. We provide tracking numbers on all shipments... follow the tracking carefully. If you have not received delivery or a card 10 business days following shipment, please contact the courier immediately.
