Refund policy

Free*, 60 Day Returns

Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery (see exclusions below). The item must be in a condition suitable for resale. This means it must not be scratched, marked, dented, bent or damaged in any way. The item must be returned in its original packaging along with any supporting documentation that may have come with it.

*Returns are free! There is no restocking fee on all items with the exception of Draggin Jeans products ($25 return fee per order applies). You must contact us prior to returning goods for approval. Please note If your order shipped free, the shipping costs we incurred will be deducted from your store credit/refund.

Once your return has been inspected, we will issue you with store credit which can be used on future purchases within 3 years. If you prefer a refund, please note that a 1.7% fee applies on Australian payments and a 2.9% fee on non-Australian payments. An additional 1% fee applies if paid via PayPal. This covers the payment processing fees that we are unable to recoup from the payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• pre-order items (item on our web store which has a dispatch date estimate noted at the start of the description) 
• batteries
• battery eliminators
• regulator/rectifiers
• electrical cables
• tyre tubes
