Most high-amperage inline fuse holders like the pre-wired JCASE options come with two distinct drawbacks. First, JCASE fuses are notoriously expensive and hard to find locally if you need a quick replacement on the road. Second, pre-wired cables force you into a fixed layout, severely limiting where you can cleanly position and mount the holder in your wiring harness. The cables are also relatively short, requiring some builders to have to resort to connecting the ends to additional cable.
Our 40A Blade Fuse Holder Kit solves both problems. By utilising standard, readily available blade fuses and providing 75cm of un-terminated cable, this kit gives you the flexibility needed to cut your leads to size and mount your IP67 weatherproof fuse holder precisely where it fits best.
Built for Real-World Installation. We know that wiring projects rarely go 100% to plan on the first try. That’s why our kit includes four crimp terminals, giving you two spares in case of a bad crimp, or harness modifications down the track. We’ve also doubled up on the battery terminals, supplying two M5 and two M6 options to ensure you have the right terminals for your specific project's requirements straight out of the box.
For clean, secure placement within tight custom layouts, the weatherproof cover features an integrated mounting tab with an M5 hole. This allows you to bolt the unit firmly to a frame rail, electronics tray, or battery box—eliminating loose, dangling wires and protecting your connections from heavy engine vibrations.
